Role Purpose:

The Admission Counsellor is responsible for guiding prospective students and parents through the admission process, providing expert advice on programs, eligibility, and enrolment procedures. You will play a key role in building relationships, ensuring a positive experience, and achieving enrolment targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to inquiries from students and parents via calls, emails, and in-person meetings.

- Provide accurate information on programs, admission requirements, fees, scholarships, and timelines.

- Guide students in course selection and career-related decisions.

- Conduct student interviews and assess eligibility for programs.

- Convert prospective student inquiries into confirmed enrolments.

- Assist in planning and executing admission campaigns, events, webinars, and outreach activities.

Requirements

Education Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field.

Experience Required:

- 0–3 years of experience in admissions, counseling, or student services.

Technical Skills:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).





- Familiarity with CRM or student management software is a plus.

Soft Skills:

- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management abilities.

- Empathetic, professional, and detail-oriented in dealing with students and parents.

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
