We are hiring a confident and result-oriented Tele-Counsellor for Yoga & Happiness. The selected candidate will speak with prospective students interested in our Yoga Teacher Training and certification courses and guide them through the admission process.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact new leads through phone calls and WhatsApp • Understand each candidate’s career goals and training requirements • Explain course details, eligibility, certification, fees, class schedules and learning modes • Conduct regular follow-ups and convert enquiries into paid admissions • Guide candidates through registration and online payment • Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRM • Respond professionally to questions and objections • Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets • Submit daily calling, follow-up and sales reports • Maintain positive relationships with prospective and enrolled students Candidate Requirements:




- Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, education counselling or admission counselling is preferred • Freshers with excellent communication and sales ability may also apply • Fluency in Bengali and Hindi is required; basic English communication is preferred • Positive listening, persuasion, follow-up and closing skills • Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, Google Sheets and CRM software • Self-motivated, disciplined and target-oriented • Interest in yoga, wellness or education will be an advantage • For remote work, the candidate must have a smartphone, computer or laptop, stable internet connection and a quiet working environment Job Type: Full-time Industry: Yoga Education and Wellness Role: Tele-Counselling, Course Sales and Admission Support
