- Project Delivery:
- Using deep knowledge of SAP Fieldglass capabilities, drive design workshops with the client and be responsible for requirement gathering, solution design, gap analysis.
- Independently handle or lead a team of functional consultants for tasks related to design workshops, configuration, SIT, UAT, Defect Triage, Cutover, Go-Live & Post Go-Live support activities for SAP Fieldglass implementations.
- Demonstrate unique offerings in SAP Fieldglass capabilities (Contingent Workforce Management, SOW/Services Procurement, Worker Profile Management, SoD Control) and derive value during design, development, and implementation of external workforce management processes.
- Support business assessment and roadmaps for clients; provide advisory on SAP Fieldglass-led external workforce and services procurement transformation to address client pain points around vendor management, compliance, and contingent spend visibility.
- Ability to understand and address client’s workforce/supply chain related pain points and advise best possible solution keeping Fieldglass and S4 HANA integration at core
- Networking and Business Development
- Support project and practice leadership in expanding opportunities with existing clients through proactive identification of pain points and innovative solutioning
- Support practice leadership on solutioning for new business opportunities
- Developing Thought Leadership and Assets
- Support/develop cutting-edge Points of View (POV),



GTM and articles on bringing differentiation and innovation to SAP Fieldglass-led external workforce transformations, including AI-assisted SOW management and intelligent compliance monitoring.
- Design and build assets (accelerators, configuration templates, process playbooks) that distinguish Accenture capabilities to drive additional business in SAP Fieldglass and Vendor Management System.
- Innovation and Knowledge Management
- Strong contribution to knowledge sharing efforts, reviews, and continuous improvement of the processes.

- Domain knowledge in external workforce management, contingent labour procurement, and services procurement. Familiarity with MSP (Managed Service Provider) program models is desirable.
- Hands-on configuration experience in SAP Fieldglass: Contingent Workforce Management, Services Procurement (SOW), and Worker Profile Management.
- Impeccable team management skills with an ability to engage effectively with multiple stakeholders across Procurement, HR, Finance, IT, and Compliance functions.
- Ability to solve complex business problems and deliver client delight.
- Strong analytical and writing skills to build viewpoints on industry trends
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Cross-cultural competence with an ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
- Experience in SAP Ariba (sourcing, supplier management, and procure-to-pay workflows) and/or SAP MM (materials management, purchase orders, and invoice processing), particularly in the context of integration with SAP Fieldglass for end-to-end external workforce and services procurement.
- Ability to travel short notice.

Roles & Responsibilities

- 2-8 years of relevant post qualification experience in SAP Fieldglass implementations and/or external workforce management consulting.
- Good, in-depth experience working in one or more of the following:
- SAP Fieldglass Solution Design and Configuration: Ability to understand and address client pain points around external workforce visibility, vendor compliance, and contingent spend, and advise best possible solution with SAP Fieldglass at core.





Functional experience in SAP Fieldglass Contingent Workforce Management and/or Services Procurement (SOW), with minimum 2 end-to-end project implementations.
- SAP Fieldglass Business Case and Roadmap Definition: Understanding and ability to develop business case focused on external workforce management transformation, contingent spend optimization, and VMS ROI quantification.
- SAP Fieldglass Solution Development, Testing and Deployment: Ability to support SAP solution deployment considering the industry best practices.
- Minimum of 2 years large scale SAP Fieldglass consulting experience, including hands-on configuration and integration with SAP S/4HANA or SAP Ariba.

Professional & Technical Skills

- SAP Fieldglass Solution Design and Configuration: Ability to understand and address client pain points around external workforce visibility, vendor compliance, and contingent spend, and advise best possible solution with SAP Fieldglass at core.

Functional experience in SAP Fieldglass Contingent Workforce Management and/or Services Procurement (SOW), with minimum 2 end-to-end project implementations.
- SAP Fieldglass Business Case and Roadmap Definition: Understanding and ability to develop business case focused on external workforce management transformation, contingent spend optimization, and VMS ROI quantification.
- SAP Fieldglass Solution Development, Testing and Deployment: Ability to support SAP solution deployment considering the industry best practices and support end-to-end Fieldglass deployment including configuration of Position Templates, Characteristics, Milestone-Based Payments, Invoicing Process, Vendor Management, and Worker Lifecycle Management, in line with industry best practices.
