: Accounts Executive

Position: Accounts Executive

Location: Mumbai

Salary Range: ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month

Experience: 6 months to 3 years

Age Limit: Up to 35 years

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Management:

- Ensure accurate and timely payment processing, including the preparation of all accounting vouchers such as cash, bank, and journals.
- Update accounts receivable and issue invoices promptly.
- Handle basic accounting tasks including invoicing, issuing credit/debit notes, and preparing journal entries.
- Maintain books of accounts daily using Tally ERP.9 and Tally Prime.

Inventory & Stock Management:

- Generate and submit daily reports on inventory and stock status.
- Maintain and update inventory and stock records daily.

Financial Reporting & Analysis:

- Summarize financial status by collecting information and generating financial statements.
- Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness,



and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.

Vendor Coordination & Reconciliation:

Coordinate with vendors to address their queries and manage reconciliations.

Compliance & Standards:

- Generate e-invoices as required.
- Manage accounting for payables, receivables, and bank reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other relevant accounting standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior experience in the Diamond & Gold Industries.
- Proficiency in jewellery-specific software.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and practices.
- Expertise in using Excel for financial analysis and reporting.

- Excellent communication skills.
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
