Role: Your Impact and Ownership

- Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable & Receivable: Verify, book and process purchase/expense invoices, raise customer invoices, maintain vendor/customer masters, and ensure accurate GST/TDS treatment in Tally.

- Handle payments & collections: Prepare vendor ageing and payment proposals, track customer receivables, follow up on overdue payments, and accurately post and reconcile receipts.

- Perform key reconciliations: Regularly reconcile bank, vendor, customer, GST and ledger accounts, resolving unmatched entries, duplicates, debit/credit notes and other discrepancies.

- Prepare MIS & management reports: Generate monthly reports covering sales, gross margin, expenses, receivables, payables, cash flow, collections, working capital and bank position.

- Support month-end closing: Assist with accruals, prepaid expenses, provisions, fixed assets, revenue cut-off and ledger scrutiny to ensure timely and accurate financial closure.

- Support costing & operational finance: Assist with inventory/consumption reporting,



product/job costing and variance analysis in coordination with operations.

- Maintain compliance & financial records: Ensure complete documentation for audits, e-invoices/e-way bills, statutory requirements and financial records, while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality and proper version control.

Skill: The Expertise RequiredMust-Haves for this Role
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting or Finance; CA Inter / CMA Inter / equivalent is an advantage.

- 3–6 years of hands-on accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing, assembly, trading or a process-driven SME.

- Working understanding of Indian accounting practices, GST, TDS, invoice compliance and basic month-end controls.

- Experience managing both AP and AR cycles independently, including reconciliations and stakeholder follow-up.

- High integrity, solid attention to detail and ability to meet recurring reporting deadlines.
