Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant at Rossia Jewels Pvt Ltd. The Accountant will be responsible for day-to-day financial management tasks, including bookkeeping, budgeting, and financial reporting. Additionally, the Accountant will handle payroll processing, tax compliance, and financial analysis. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills are essential for this role.

Key responsibilities:

- Maintaining day-to-day accounting and transactions
- Preparing and maintaining customer invoice & billing,
- Preparing purchase orders
- Maintaining daily records on Tally- daily, weekly & monthly account reconciliations
- Filing of GST, TDS tax returns, and balance sheets
- Preparing monthly MIS and budgeting reports (cost analysis - fixed and variable)
- Reconciling bank account statements, payable/receivables accounts, and keeping track of overdue payments
- Managing employee reimbursements
- managing internal records
- Ensuring timely vendor payment & follow-ups

Skills & Qualification Required:





- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Proficiency in Tally/ERP (mandatory)
- Advanced MS Office skills (Excel is mandatory)
- Proven experience in accounting and financial management
- Knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices
- Proficiency in using accounting software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Good understanding of tax regulations and compliance
- Excellent attention to detail with accuracy and an ability to spot numerical errors
- Qualified certification (such as CPA) is a plus
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
