: Accounting HeadPosition OverviewThe Accounting Head will oversee all financial and accounting operations of the organization. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and expertise in financial management to ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in all accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities Financial Management Supervise day‑to‑day accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger. Prepare, review, and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, taxation laws, and auditing standards.

Strategic Planning

Develop financial strategies aligned with organizational goals. Provide insights and recommendations to management for cost optimization and profitability improvement. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Compliance & Audit Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities. Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting. Monitor adherence to accounting standards (Ind‑AS/IFRS/GAAP as applicable).





Team Leadership

Lead and mentor the accounting team, ensuring skill development and performance excellence. Allocate tasks, review work, and maintain accountability within the department.

Reporting

Present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders. Provide timely updates on cash flow, working capital, and financial risks.

Qualifications &

Skills Education: CA/CPA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent professional qualification.

Experience: Minimum 8–10 years in accounting/finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP, Oracle, or similar), MS Excel, and ERP systems.

Soft Skills: Solid analytical ability, leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Key AttributesIntegrity and ethical financial practices. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strategic thinker with attention to detail. Collaborative approach with cross‑functional teams.
