Role Description The Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Panipat, responsible for managing and growing relationships with domestic and international customers. Day-to-day tasks include handling client inquiries, preparing quotations, tracking orders, and ensuring timely communication between clients, production, and logistics teams. The role involves monitoring delivery schedules, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and account status.

The Account

Manager will collaborate closely with design and production teams to align product offerings with client requirements, support pricing and negotiation,



and contribute to customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

- Strong client relationship management skills, including clear communication, active listening, and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to coordinate with internal teams (design, production, logistics) and manage multiple accounts and deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in basic business documentation, order tracking, and maintaining accurate records in spreadsheets or CRM tools.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills to address order-related issues, delivery challenges, and client concerns.
- Comfort working in an in office environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting.
- Prior experience in exports, textiles, home furnishings, or a related industry is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn about products, processes, and international customer expectations.
