Position Summary

We're hiring for a role that will directly shape how we execute across our GCC accounts. If you've spent 2+ years in IT Services, Resource Augmentation, Staffing, or B2B technology services and are ready to take greater ownership of client relationships, requirements, delivery coordination, and business growth, this could be your next opportunity. You'll work closely with GCC clients, internal recruitment and delivery teams, and leadership to ensure requirements move efficiently from client discussion, to hiring, to onboarding, to account growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Own day-to-day relationships with assigned GCC clients and stakeholders
- Understand client requirements, workforce needs, hiring priorities, and business expectations
- Coordinate with Talent Acquisition and delivery teams to ensure timely submission of relevant profiles
- Track open requirements, candidate pipelines, interviews, selections, onboarding, and closures
- Act as the bridge between clients, candidates, recruiters, and internal leadership
- Drive regular client follow-ups and ensure issues are resolved proactively
- Maintain account-level MIS, recruitment dashboards, and pipeline reports
- Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts through additional requirements and services
- Support commercial discussions, rate negotiations, proposals,



and account documentation
- Monitor resource performance, billing, contract timelines, extensions, and replacements where applicable
- Build robust working relationships with GCC decision-makers and hiring stakeholders
- Contribute to improving processes, turnaround time, and overall account execution

Required Skills Mandatory

- 2+ years of experience in IT Services, Resource Augmentation, Staffing, Recruitment Services, or a similar B2B technology environment
- Good understanding of IT hiring and technical roles
- Experience interacting with clients or business stakeholders
- Strong communication, negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and priorities simultaneously
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment/account management tools

Preferred

- Experience working with GCCs / Global Capability Centers
- Experience managing IT accounts, client relationships, or staffing programs

Nice to Have

- Exposure to Resource Augmentation / Contract Staffing models
- Understanding of commercial aspects such as billing rates, margins, POs, SOWs, and contracts
- Existing network within GCCs or technology organizations

Experience Required

- 2+ years in IT Services, Resource Augmentation, Staffing, or a related B2B technology services environment, with genuine client-facing account ownership rather than coordination-only experience
