Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive with 2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the real estate/developer industry . The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting, taxation, reconciliations, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Maintain and update general ledger, sub-ledgers, journal entries, and vouchers .
- Manage GST accounting, reconciliation, and compliance .
- Prepare and file GST returns and ensure timely statutory compliance.
- Handle TDS calculation, deduction, reconciliation, and returns .
- Prepare and maintain bank reconciliation statements (BRS) .
- Assist in preparation and maintenance of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and Trial Balance .
- Perform ledger scrutiny and reconciliation of vendor/customer accounts.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Verify invoices, bills, purchase entries, sales entries, and supporting documents.
- Ensure proper accounting of receivables, payables, advances, expenses,



and collections .
- Assist in monthly and yearly closing of accounts.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, vendors, and internal departments for accounting and taxation matters.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and statutory requirements.
- Ensure all accounting entries and transactions are accurately recorded in Farvision ERP .
- Generate and analyze accounting reports as required by management.
- Perform any other accounting and finance-related duties assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in B.Com/M.Com or equivalent qualification.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in accounts.
- Real estate/developer industry experience preferred.
- Hands-on experience in Farvision ERP is mandatory.
- Solid knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, ledger scrutiny, BRS, and financial statements .
- Good knowledge of Balance Sheet, P&L;, Trial Balance, and accounting principles .
- Good command of MS Excel and accounting documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good analytical and reconciliation skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple accounting activities.

Preferred Candidate Immediate joiners will be highly preferred.
