Key Responsibilities Assist in maintaining and updating financial records, ledgers, and journals Support day-to-day bookkeeping, including accounts payable and receivable Help prepare invoices, bills, and payment vouchers Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports Support month-end and year-end closing processes Help ensure compliance with tax regulations (GST/TDS or applicable local tax laws)Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records Assist senior accountants and auditors during internal/external audits Perform data entry into accounting software (e.g., Tally, Quick Books, Zoho Books, SAP)Handle basic MS Excel reporting (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas)Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting,



Finance, or related field (B. Com, BBA-Finance, M.
