About Pramyan

Pramyan is an EdTech startup focused on delivering high-quality academic support to Class 6th to 10th students. We are looking for an Academic Trainer who can combine strong subject expertise with the ability to train, mentor, and manage the performance of both teachers and students, as well as content creators.

Role Summary The Trainer will be responsible for delivering subject-matter training, designing assessments, monitoring teacher and student performance, and building personalized learning plans, as well as performing quality auditing of content once creators complete their tasks. The role also requires regular parent interaction to keep them informed and engaged in the student's academic progress.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Content Delivery

- Conduct training sessions for teachers on subject content, pedagogy, and classroom/online delivery methods.
- Maintain strong command over Class 6–10 academic content across relevant subjects.
- Keep training material updated in line with curriculum (CBSE/ICSE/State Board, as applicable).
- Bring creative insights to train academic content creators in making demo content, including topic inputs for both Science and Maths, to be shared with teachers to educate students.

Assessment & Test Preparation

- Design, prepare, and review test papers, question banks, and assessment tools aligned with academic standards.




- Ensure assessments are balanced across difficulty levels and cover the full syllabus.

Content Creator Management & Auditing

- Plan academic content for each subject — convey and direct this to content creators.
- Guide and assist academic content creators using tools like Canva.
- Perform quality auditing of the content once creators complete their tasks.
- Set clear deadlines and track daily work progress and overall performance history for each content creator.

Performance Tracking

- Track and evaluate teacher performance against defined training and delivery benchmarks.
- Monitor student performance through test results, assignments, and progress reports.

• Prepare performance reports and share actionable feedback with teachers and management. Personalized Planning

- Analyze individual student performance data to identify strengths and gaps.
- Prepare personalized study planners tailored to each student's pace and requirements.
- Adjust planners periodically based on progress reviews.

Parent Interaction

- Communicate with parents on student progress, performance trends, and improvement areas.
- Address parent queries and concerns professionally and promptly.




- Schedule and conduct periodic parent update calls/meetings.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in a relevant academic subject or Education.
- Prior experience in training, teaching, or academic content delivery (relevant certification/training background preferred).
- Strong subject-matter knowledge at the Class 6–10 level (specifically Science and Maths).
- Demonstrated experience in preparing test papers and assessment material.
- Experience tracking and reporting on teacher/student performance metrics.
- Proficiency in using Canva to support content creation workflows.
- Proven ability to audit academic content, manage creator workflows, set deadlines, and track daily progress.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly for parent-facing interactions.

Preferred Skills

- Familiarity with EdTech platforms or LMS tools for tracking performance.
- Prior experience in a training or mentorship role within an academic setting.
- Creative mindset for demo content creation and visual layout tools.
- Strong organizational skills for planner creation, performance documentation, and daily task tracking.
