Role Description The 2D/3D Draftsman is a full-time, on-site role located in Prayagraj, responsible for producing detailed technical drawings and 3D models based on sketches, specifications, and project requirements. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and revising 2D plans, sections, and elevations; creating 3D visualizations and models; and ensuring all drawings comply with relevant standards and guidelines.

The role involves coordinating with engineers, architects, and project managers to clarify design intent, incorporate feedback, and resolve drafting issues. The 2D/3D Draftsman will maintain organized drawing files, support documentation for approvals and execution,



and contribute to improving drafting workflows and templates.

Qualifications

- Ability to produce accurate 2D technical drawings and 3D models using industry-standard CAD and modeling software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar).
- Strong understanding of technical drafting principles, dimensions, tolerances, and detailing for engineering, architectural, or construction projects.
- Capability to interpret sketches, specifications, and design briefs, and convert them into clear, build-ready drawings and models.
- Attention to detail in checking, revising, and updating drawings, with a focus on consistency, clarity, and compliance with standards.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with project teams, respond to feedback, and meet agreed timelines.
- Solid organizational skills for managing multiple drawing sets, version control, and documentation for ongoing and completed projects.
- Relevant technical diploma or degree in drafting, engineering, architecture, or a related field; prior experience in a similar drafting role is preferred.
- Willingness to learn new tools, follow company processes, and adapt to changing project requirements while maintaining quality of work.
