Role Description This is a full time, on-site role for a 2D Animator and Motion Graphics professional based in Ranchi. The role involves designing and animating 2D characters, objects, and environments for educational videos, digital lessons, and interactive content. The animator will create motion graphics, explainer videos, and visual assets that simplify complex STEM and AI concepts for students and educators.

Day-to-day responsibilities include storyboarding, collaborating with instructional designers and subject experts, refining visual styles to match the brand, and preparing assets for various digital platforms. The role also includes reviewing feedback,



optimizing animations for clarity and engagement, and maintaining organized project files and timelines.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in 2D animation and motion graphics using industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Animate, Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar software).
- Ability to develop storyboards, visual concepts, and character designs suited for educational content and diverse learner audiences.
- Experience creating explainer videos, title sequences, transitions, and visual effects optimized for digital and e-learning platforms.
- Competence in video editing and basic sound integration using tools such as Premiere Pro or comparable software.
- Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout for engaging multimedia learning experiences.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with educators, content writers, and curriculum designers.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and respond constructively to feedback.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Animation, Multimedia, Design, Fine Arts, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
- Prior experience in EdTech, e-learning, or education-focused media is an advantage.
- Interest in AI, robotics, and technology-driven education and willingness to learn domain concepts for accurate visual representation.
