Role Responsiblities :
Employee retention, engagement and people management
Employee connect, rapport building and retention discussions
Negotiation and resolution of employee concerns
Recruitment and candidate coordination
HR MIS, Excel reporting and data analysis
PPT preparation and management presentations
Support Talent Management initiatives and HR projects
Leverage basic AI tools to improve HR productivity
Proficient in English and Tamil (mandatory)
Chennai candidates preffered

Location: Chennai (Onsite)
Contract: 11 Months
Extension: Based on performance/business requirements
