nWe're looking for an experienced GRC / Compliance Lead to own and drive our Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) program across our AI-driven ITOM, Observability, AIOps, and ITSM platforms.
n
n Key Responsibilities
n✅ Lead end-to-end compliance initiatives for ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II , and preferably ISO 27701 .
n✅ Own audit execution, evidence collection, remediation tracking, certification renewals, and maintain year-round audit readiness.
n✅ Manage enterprise customer security questionnaires, vendor security assessments, and RFP security responses.
n✅ Partner with Engineering, DevOps, IT, HR, Legal, and Product teams to implement and operationalize security controls.
n✅ Drive ISMS governance, risk registers, policy lifecycle,



compliance dashboards, vulnerability management, access reviews, and secure SDLC practices.

n What We're Looking For
n✔ 6–12 years of hands-on experience in GRC, Information Security, or Compliance within a B2B SaaS / Software Product company .
n✔ Robust knowledge of AWS/Cloud Security, IAM, Secure SDLC, Risk Management, and Information Security frameworks .
n✔ Proven experience independently owning compliance programs and successfully driving audit findings to closure.
n✔ Strong execution, ownership, stakeholder management, and process improvement mindset.
n
n Preferred Certifications: ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, CISA, CISM, CISSP, CRISC, CCSK.
