? Key Responsibilities:

1. Employee Lifecycle Management

Oversee onboarding, engagement, training, performance management, and offboarding for team in India.
Coordinate new hire orientation and ensure a seamless integration into the team
Maintain digital HR records and ensure up-to-date employee data

2. Talent Acquisition

Partner with hiring managers globally to drive end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles
Source, screen, and evaluate talent, and conduct screening interviews
Build relationships with recruitment agencies and platforms

3. Policy & Compliance Management

Ensure adherence to employment laws in India
Draft and update
