Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Indore, responsible for managing and growing strategic customer relationships with in the solar sectors.



This role includes engaging with existing and prospective clients, understanding their operational and procurement needs, and recommending suitable products and integrated solutions from Vashi’s portfolio. The Relationship Manager will coordinate with internal technical, sales, and operations teams to ensure timely quotations, order processing, delivery, and after-sales support. Daily activities involve maintaining accurate account records, tracking customer satisfaction, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and preparing periodic reports on key accounts and market trends. The role also includes supporting customer events, product demonstrations, and digital platform adoption to strengthen client engagement and loyalty.
