Role Description The Sales Manager role at JTM is a full-time, on-site position based in Amritsar. The Sales Manager oversees daily sales operations, manages customer relationships, and drives revenue growth across assigned territories or channels. This role involves meeting with clients, presenting product offerings, negotiating pricing and terms, and closing sales in line with company targets.



The Sales Manager is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, monitoring market trends, and preparing regular sales forecasts and reports. The position also includes coordinating with showroom staff and other departments, training and guiding sales team members, and ensuring a high standard of customer service and product knowledge on the sales floor.
