Role Description The Pizza Chef will work full time on site at Manuka in Navi Mumbai, preparing Neapolitan-style pizzas and related bakery items to consistent quality and presentation standards. Responsibilities include dough preparation, sauce and topping mise en place, cooking pizzas in the designated oven, and managing food preparation for bread and focaccia-based menu items. The role involves maintaining strict hygiene and food safety practices, monitoring inventory of ingredients,



and coordinating with kitchen team members to ensure smooth service during peak hours. The Pizza Chef will also support menu development, assist in training junior staff, and collaborate with the management team to uphold EAT OTG’s standards of taste, efficiency, and guest experience.
Qualifications
Food Preparation and Cooking skills, including experience with pizza dough, sauces, and oven operations
Strong Hygiene and Food & Beverage handling practices, with knowledge of food safety standards
Ability to prepare and manage Sauces and toppings with attention to consistency and flavor balance
Prior experience as a pizza chef, baker, or in a similar kitchen role, preferably in a high-volume or artisan environment
Capacity to work in a quick-paced on-site setting, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Team-oriented mindset, good communication skills, and a commitment to guest satisfaction
Formal culinary training or certificatio
