Buzy.Team is an Australian-based technology company building an integrated workforce management platform covering HR, recruitment, training, task & project management, time tracking, communication and AI-powered workplace automation.
As we expand our operations in India, we're looking for a hands-on HR Manager who can take complete ownership of the HR function for our growing Noida team.

The Role
This is not an HR role limited to policies, attendance and paperwork.
We are looking for someone who can own HR end-to-end — hiring the right people, building processes, managing employee performance, strengthening accountability and helping us create a high-performance culture.
You will work closely with the Founder and department heads and will be responsible for approximately 40+ employees initially, with the team expected to grow.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent
Manage end-to-end recruitment across Technology, Sales, Marketing,



Operations and Support roles
Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and other channels
Coordinate interviews, offers and joining
Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline
Improve hiring turnaround time and quality of hires

HR Operations
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding
Maintain employee records, documentation and HR policies
Manage attendance, leave, probation and confirmation processes
Coordinate payroll inputs and statutory compliance
Maintain offer letters, employment agreements and HR documentation
Ensure HR processes are properly documented and followed

Performance & Accountability
Coordinate KPI/KRA setting across departments
Run monthly and quarterly performance review processes
Track probation and employee performance
Work with managers on performance improvement plans where required
