Role Description The Green Building Facilitator is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role involves coordinating with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders to integrate sustainability measures throughout the building design and construction process. The facilitator will identify and evaluate green building strategies, prepare and review sustainability-related documentation,



and support energy, water, and materials efficiency analyses. Daily tasks include conducting or coordinating simulations and calculations, tracking sustainability targets, preparing reports and presentations, and guiding the project team on relevant green building standards and certifications. The role also requires active participation in client meetings, design reviews, and site visits to ensure alignment with sustainability objectives.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of green building concepts, sustainable design principles, and environmental performance metrics.
Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary design and construction teams and communicate sustainability requirements clearly.
Experience with building performance analysis tools, simulations, and basic data interpretation for energy, water, and materials efficiency.
