Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Intern (MSME Loans) role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The intern will support the MSME loans business by identifying prospective clients, assisting in lead generation activities,



and maintaining accurate records of outreach and follow-ups. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research on SMEs and local industries, helping prepare basic loan proposals, and coordinating with senior team members on client meetings and documentation. The role involves engaging with potential clients by phone, email, and in person, addressing preliminary queries, and providing timely, professional customer service. The intern will also collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline processes, learn about credit norms and products, and contribute to business growth initiatives.
