About The Role

Growth Marketing at GRQ Holdings sits at the intersection of performance advertising, data, creative strategy, conversion optimisation, and commercial growth.

We’re looking for an E-Commerce Performance & Growth Marketer who can take ownership of customer acquisition and help scale multiple Shopify-based brands.

This role goes beyond managing campaigns.



You’ll be expected to understand the full customer journey, identify growth opportunities, develop structured experiments, analyse performance, and continuously improve how our brands acquire and convert customers.

We’re looking for someone who can turn data into decisions and decisions into measurable growth.

What You'll Be Doing

Managing and optimising performance campaigns across Meta Ads, with experience in Google, TikTok, or Snapchat considered a strong advantage
Developing customer acquisition and scaling strategies across multiple e-commerce brands
Analysing campaign and store performance to identify opportunities for improvement
Monitoring key metrics including ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, CPM, CVR, AOV, MER, and profitability
Building structured testing frameworks across audiences, creatives, products, offers, landing pages, and campaigns
Working closely with creative teams to develop new concepts, hooks, angles, and advertisin
