Role Description The Chief Growth Officer at Sequretek will lead the organization’s growth strategy, driving revenue expansion, market penetration, and customer acquisition across key segments. This full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai involves overseeing sales, business development,



and marketing functions; setting growth targets; and aligning go-to-market initiatives with the company’s product and innovation roadmap. The Chief Growth Officer will analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and optimize the sales funnel and customer lifecycle. This role will collaborate closely with executive leadership to refine positioning, strengthen brand visibility, and ensure data-driven decision-making for sustainable, scalable growth.

Qualifications
