Key Responsibilities

This is a talent acquisition-focused role, with 70% emphasis on hiring and 30% exposure to HR business partnering, operations and administration:

Manage full-cycle recruitment: requirement intake with hiring managers, screening, interview coordination, feedback consolidation, offer roll-out and joining.
Hire across levels and functions, from junior to mid-senior and senior positions.
Drive candidate negotiations and closures, including compensation discussions.
Draft and publish job descriptions, screen resumes and conduct first-level screening calls.
Own the candidate experience with clear,



timely communication at every stage.
Handle employee onboarding and support a smooth integration into the organization.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities, events and team-building initiatives.
Maintain and update HR databases and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
Support general HR administration and office coordination as required.

What We're Looking For

Master's degree or MBA in Human Resources (mandatory).
Minimum 1.5 years of HR experience with hands-on, end-to-end recruitment ownership.
Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal, with the confidence to engage senior candidates and stakeholders.
Proven ability to negotiate and close offers.
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and strong on follow-up.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
High integrity in handling confidential information.
