The Vice President, Financial Reporting, will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight of Financial Reporting operations supporting investment company clients across multiple regions. The role is accountable for ensuring high-quality financial reporting, regulatory compliance, client satisfaction, operational excellence, talent development, and risk management while driving business growth and transformation initiatives.
The successful candidate will lead large teams, manage senior client relationships, partner with global stakeholders, and serve as a key contributor to organizational objectives within State Street Global Services.

As a Vice President, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the function,



enhancing client experience, strengthening controls and governance, and driving innovation to support evolving regulatory and business requirements across diverse investment structures.

As a Vice President you will:
- Manage relationships with client companies, Auditors, making sure that requests are being met and that clients are satisfied with the level of service.
- Monitor day-to-day management of team members and actively manage and maintain successful long-term relationships of assigned clients, and proactively escalate issues to Unit Head
- Collaborate with appropriate teams globally to ensure consistent service delivery, client solutions and client satisfaction. You may need to play as Governance with our JVs.
