Role Overview:
Looking for an Associate SDR to drive lead generation for staff augmentation services in the ISV/SaaS segment (US market) through targeted outreach and pipeline building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and reach out to ISV/SaaS companies in the US
- Execute multi-channel outreach (LinkedIn, email, calls)
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings with decision-makers
- Re-engage dormant leads and maintain CRM hygiene
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in SDR / Inside Sales / Lead Gen
- Experience in US market outreach (SaaS preferred)
- Solid communication and outreach skills
- Familiarity with IT services / staff augmentation
- Comfortable working in night shifts
Good to Have:
- Experience with tools like Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.
