Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Software Engineer with entry-level experience in ServiceNow Development, strong exposure to the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), software technologies, and hands-on experience building software solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong computer science fundamentals and programming skills to develop scalable software products and platform solutions.

You will contribute to ServiceNow platform development, platform enhancements, production support, code fixes,



platform engineering initiatives, and software quality engineering. You will also have the opportunity to build automation solutions, leverage AI & AIOps, and continuously enhance your software engineering skills through structured learning and mentorship.

You will be professionally trained to acquire the necessary technical and functional skills for success in the role.

Responsibilities

Learning
- Complete in-depth training and certification for ServiceNow Development.
- Participate in Software Quality Engineering training and gain exposure to modern test automation frameworks such as Selenium and Playwright.
- Continuously improve AI literacy and build expertise in AI-assisted engineering and AIOps initiatives.

ServiceNow Development
- Design, develop, configure, and enhance applications and workflows on the ServiceNow platform.
