Summary:

Manages a team of intermediate or experienced professionals in Project Engineering. Coordinates with administrative and operations staff, line managers, project engineering staff and customers. Identifies and reacts to project problems, recommends solutions, plans projects, and conducts project meetings. Acts as a point of contact with the customers.

Key Responsibilities

Sustainability Reporting Operations:
- Support reporting timelines, review cycles, and submission packaging across sustainability disclosures




- Maintain organized data inputs and reuseable evidence packs that support sustainability disclosures, customer responses, and ratings submissions
- Support responses to customer sustainability questionnaires and data requests using approved disclosures, evidence libraries, and standardized data sources
- Track request timelines and ensure responses are consistent with existing public reporting
- Maintain reporting documentation, including basis of preparation, reporting boundaries, assumptions, issue logs, and decision logs
- Assist with ESG ratings and rankings cycles, including CDP and other priority assessments

Process Coordination and Quality Control:
- Track reporting actions, open items, and decisions to ensure timely resolution
- Identify operational risks or bottlenecks and escalate them appropriately
- Support continuous improvement of reporting templates, workflows, and documentation practice
