⢠Assist in key loan processing activities to ensure timely and accurate Logins , loan approvals and disbursals.

⢠Support sales managers and their clients in the loan approval and disbursal process.

⢠Monitor loan documentation and processing activities to meet loan approval timelines and disbursal targets.

⢠Coordinate with lenders to facilitate loan processing and resolve any issues that may arise.

⢠Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies during the loan facilitation process.

⢠Maintain accurate records of loan processing activities and generate reports as required.

⢠Provide support to the team and assist in training recent sales managers as needed.

Requirements





⢠Proven experience in loan processing or a related field.

⢠Strong understanding of loan facilitation processes and regulatory requirements.

⢠Proficiency in Hindi is required to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

⢠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

⢠Proficiency in MS Excel and other relevant software.

⢠Strong organizational and time-management skills.

⢠Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in loan processing or a similar role.
