Role Description The Business Development Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Coimbatore. This role involves identifying and qualifying recent business opportunities, building relationships with partners and service professionals,



and supporting the expansion of Urban Company's services in the Coimbatore market. Day-to-day responsibilities include lead generation, field visits, partner management and delivering strategies.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess proven lead generation skills and the ability to manage and prioritize business opportunities.
- Candidates should be very proficient in speaking Hindi
- Candidates should possess clear, confident communication skills for engaging with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Relevant experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, preferably in services or consumer-tech sectors.
- Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore, with strong relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Education Qualification - Any Bachelor's degree
