The Skillians Academy is hiring experienced and motivated business development associates to join our team. The role involves client interaction, course consultation, lead conversion, relationship management, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Connect with potential clients and identify their learning requirements.
Explain The Skillians' courses and recommend suitable programs.
Convert interested prospects into course enrollments.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Understand customer needs and provide suitable course solutions.
Research market trends and competitor offerings to identify recent opportunities.
Achieve assigned sales and performance targets.
Follow company policies and maintain ethical sales practices.
Complete the mandatory 4-day training before independently handling the role.

Compensation

Rs 25,000/month during the 3-month probation period.




Unlimited performance-based incentives.
Rs 4–5 LPA after successful completion of probation, based on performance.
Probation may be extended or shortened based on performance.
Incentives will be paid along with salary.
Mobile telephony bill covered as part of CTC.

Training

A mandatory 4-day training program will be provided before you independently take up the responsibilities of the role. No extra pay for this.

Leave Policy

1 leave per month during probation.
Full leave policy applicable after probation.
