We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Guest Service Associate - F&B; Service to join our energetic team in Chennai, India. In this role, you will be the face of our food and beverage operations, ensuring every guest interaction reflects our commitment to excellence and hospitality.



You will work collaboratively with our team to create memorable dining experiences while maintaining the highest standards of service quality and professionalism.
- Deliver exceptional guest service by greeting, seating, and attending to guests with warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders while providing knowledgeable recommendations and addressing guest preferences and dietary requirements
- Serve food and beverages according to established brand standards and service protocols, ensuring proper presentation and timing
- Maintain clear and efficient communication with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless coordination and timely order fulfillment
