We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Program Manager to join the GTA Emerging Markets PMO team. In this role, you will partner with key members of TA, TA Tech, Legal, Global TA Risk and Compliance, Workplace Trust, Public Relations, Employee Relations, and other central compliance or support teams to manage the lifecycle of cross-functional programs. You will provide consultative support to partners to identify opportunities for control improvements with the objective of mitigating risk and improving compliance and operational performance.



You will dive deep into various HR, TA, and regulatory/compliance subject matters, take ownership for unmitigated risks, and encourage innovative and pragmatic solutions to complex problems. You will work with stakeholders to translate ambiguous process, legal, and regulatory obligations into system, operations, or process requirements, monitor the effectiveness of controls designed to meet obligations on an ongoing basis, and develop and lead remediation plans to mitigate risk. You will deliver independently with limited guidance, navigating and creating clarity where business problems and solutions are undefined.
