Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
- Design and build portals with reports and dashboards as needed
- Create a roadmap for development and prepare iterations for approval and tracking
- Own the entire development life cycle from concept to production as well as support
- Maintain proper code documentation and use best practices for version control.
- Recommend and follow best practices when building custom solutions in Zoho.
- Provide Zoho end-user support, including training where required, to the business teams and customers.
- Engage with business stakeholders (internal and external) when required.

Qualifications/ Skill-set:
- Knowledge of Zoho CRM and Zoho suite of business apps
- Programming skills (Zoho Deluge, Core Java, HTML, CSS)
- Well versed in creating customer portal, HTML page views, creating dashboards, creating reports
- Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical individuals.
- Minimum 2 years of experience using Deluge.
