Responsibilities
- Handle US IT recruitment and staffing requirements.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, job portals, and other platforms.
- Screen candidates and share suitable profiles with clients.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- For Bench Sales, market consultants to vendors and clients.
- Generate interview calls and help consultants get placed.
- Maintain positive relationships with vendors and clients.
- Meet daily and monthly targets.

Skills Required
- Good communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of US IT recruitment.
- Knowledge of US work authorization and time zones.
- Good sourcing and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Willingness to work in the US night shift.
