We are seeking an experienced Google Dialogflow specialist to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in conversational AI development and a passion for creating seamless user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement conversational user experiences using Google Dialogflow.
- Develop and maintain chatbots and virtual assistants.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and create effective dialogue flows.
- Integrate Dialogflow with various messaging platforms and APIs.
- Monitor and analyze bot performance and user interactions to improve functionality.
- Conduct user testing and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3-12 years of experience in developing and deploying conversational AI solutions.
- Proficient in Google Dialogflow and its features like intents, entities, and fulfillment.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Node.js.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and webhooks integration.
- Familiarity with machine learning concepts and natural language processing (NLP).
- Ability to work in an Agile development environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
