Skills and Qualifications
- 3-12 years of experience in Genesys Cloud or related technologies.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing and telecommunication systems.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript or Python.
- Experience with APIs and integration of third-party applications.
- Knowledge of contact center operations and customer experience management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
