FaceEcho.ai is building an AI-powered visual intelligence platform spanning health, wellness, skincare and appearance.
Our technology uses guided facial scans, multiple viewing angles, close-up captures and video to generate structured insights and track changes over time.
We are looking for a hands-on Business Development Lead to personally build our B2B pipeline and sign pilot partners across healthcare and health-tech.
This Is a Doer Role
This is not a sales-management position.
You will personally:
Identify target companies and decision-makers
Prospect through calls, LinkedIn, email, networking and events
Use LLMs, AI sales agents and prospecting tools to build pipeline
Run demos and discovery meetings
Maintain excellent CRM discipline and follow-ups
Develop pilot proposals and commercial opportunities
Negotiate and close pilots




Travel for customer meetings, conferences and industry events
You will own opportunities from:
Prospecting → Meeting → Demo → Pilot Proposal → Negotiation → Signature
No SDR team generates your pipeline. You are expected to create and close opportunities yourself.
Who We Want
3–8 years of B2B sales, BD or partnerships experience
Software, SaaS, AI or technology sales experience strongly preferred
Computer Science, Engineering or technical background strongly preferred
Programming/software-development experience is a plus
Strong understanding of software, APIs and integrations
Excellent hands-on CRM skills
Frequent user of ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or other LLMs
Comfortable using and learning AI sales agents, prospecting and automation tools
Comfortable personally making prospecting calls and generating leads
Strong logical and analytical reasoning
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
