Role Description The Founder’s Office – Business Strategy & Documentation Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area.



This position works closely with the founders to translate vision into structured strategies, roadmaps, and execution plans, and to maintain high-quality documentation across business functions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and competitive research, synthesizing insights into strategic recommendations, and preparing executive-ready documents, presentations, and strategic briefs. The role also involves documenting key decisions, processes, and product requirements; coordinating cross-functional initiatives; and ensuring alignment between business strategy, product priorities, and measurable outcomes. The Lead will support fundraising and partnership efforts through well-crafted decks, business narratives, and data-backed reports, while helping build scalable processes within a fast-evolving startup environment.
