Role Description : This is a paid remote internship role for a Meta Ads Intern at Automantics, with conversion to full time based purely on performance. This role is not for someone dabbling in ads — we're looking for someone who already has strong working knowledge of the Meta Ads platform and wants to sharpen that into professional-level expertise. The intern will set up, monitor, and optimize live Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising campaigns,



working closely with senior team members on real client accounts. Day-to-day tasks include structuring campaigns and ad sets, building and testing audiences, writing and refining ad copy and creative angles, and troubleshooting Meta Pixel and Conversions API integrations. The intern will track performance metrics daily, compile clear reports, and recommend data-backed optimizations. The role also involves using AI tools to speed up ad copywriting, creative ideation, and reporting, documenting processes, maintaining campaign asset libraries, and collaborating with the team through online tools on ongoing client projects.

Qualifications
Real, demonstrable knowledge of Meta Ads Manager — campaign structure, bidding strategies, budget optimization (CBO/ABO), audience building, and scaling campaigns
Practical understanding of the Meta Pixel and Conversions API — installation, event setup, and troubleshooting trackin
