Primary Responsibilities

Own delivery from design → build → test → production for Claims AI 10.0 platform components and use case pods
Translate business workflows (SOPs, edits, policies) into agentic architectures using atomic, composite, and workflow agents
Drive predictable delivery across parallel tracks: platform foundations and near term automation use cases
Oversee development of:
Agent catalog and lifecycle management
Workflow orchestration (routing, retries, pause/resume)




MCP based tool and data integrations
HITL (Human in the Loop) review workflows
Ensure all solutions meet production grade standards:
CI/CD for agents and workflows
Monitoring, alerting, cost controls (AgentOps)
Rollback and kill switch mechanisms

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science
