This role focuses on delivering enterprise‑grade reporting, analytics, and data engineering solutions to support Healthcare Economics and broader business initiatives. The resource will work across multiple data sources and platforms to translate complex data into actionable insights, enable scalable data pipelines, and support operational and analytical needs across projects of varying complexity. The role emphasizes stakeholder partnership, data quality, automation,



and advanced analytics using modern data and AI/ML technologies.

Primary Responsibilities

Reporting & Advanced Analytics
Develop and present standard and advanced analytical reports using data from multiple internal and external sources
Perform data analysis, statistical analysis, and exploratory analysis to identify trends, performance insights, and optimization opportunities
Support complex analytical initiatives that require integration of large, multi‑source datasets
Conduct data research and ad‑hoc analysis to support Healthcare Economics use cases and decision‑making
Data Engineering & ETL Operations
Provide end‑to‑end support for ETL / ELT processes, including design, development, testing, and operational support
Build and maintain scalable data pipelines using SSIS, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, SQL, and Snowflake
Support data enrichment, cleansing, and scrubbing activities to improve data quality and analytical re
