Role Description The Director of Business Development is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Chennai Area. This role is responsible for driving new business growth, building and nurturing strategic client relationships, and expanding FutureBridge’s presence across target markets and industries. Day-to-day activities include identifying and qualifying leads, developing and executing business plans,



overseeing proposal development, and leading contract negotiations to close high-value deals. The Director of Business Development will collaborate with consulting, marketing, and product teams to align client needs with FutureBridge solutions, as well as manage key accounts to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and ongoing revenue growth.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills to identify opportunities and build a robust pipeline.
Candidates should possess Business Planning and strategic growth planning skills to design and execute effective market entry and expansion strategies.
Candidates should possess Contract Negotiation skills to structure, negotiate, and finalize commercial agreements that align with business objectives.
