About the Role
IMPT is looking for a motivated and personable Sales Development Representative to join our team remotely. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in outbound sales, lead generation, and partnership building while working closely with our sales and business development team.
Responsibilities
Identify and research potential leads/partners through LinkedIn, email, and other channels
Conduct outbound outreach via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn messaging to generate qualified leads




Qualify inbound leads and schedule meetings/demos for the sales team
Maintain and update CRM records with accurate lead and pipeline information
Assist in building and refining outreach scripts, email sequences, and follow-up cadences
Track and report on outreach metrics (response rates, conversion rates, etc.)
Collaborate with marketing on lead generation campaigns and messaging
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Robust written and verbal communication skills - comfortable picking up the phone and writing outreach emails
Confident, persistent, and resilient - comfortable with rejection and follow-ups
Familiarity with LinkedIn, email outreach, or CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus, not mandatory
Active user of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to speed up research, drafting outreach, or lead qualifi
