About The Role

We are looking for a motivated Performance Marketing Intern who is eager to learn and build hands-on experience in digital advertising, campaign management, and performance optimization across major advertising platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning, launching, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns.
Support campaign management across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic performance reports.
Assist in analyzing metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, conversions, and ROAS.
Support the team in optimizing campaigns based on performance data.
Conduct basic competitor and market research.
Assist with creating marketing creatives and campaign assets.
Work closely with the marketing team to achieve campaign objectives.

Mandatory Skills

Basic understanding of Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing.
Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Proficiency in Canva and CapCut.
Good understanding of social media and digital advertising concepts.




Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and willingness to learn.

Education & Certification

Digital Marketing certification or
Relevant internship experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing.

Preferred

Candidates with practical experience running or assisting with Google Ads or Meta Ads campaigns.
Basic understanding of conversion tracking, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
