Role Description The Coordinator of Volunteers is a part-time, remote role responsible for organizing and supporting volunteer activities that enhance FPC- Icecream & Cafe LLC’s community presence and brand experience. Day-to-day tasks include recruiting and onboarding volunteers, scheduling and coordinating volunteer shifts for events and initiatives, and providing ongoing guidance and support to ensure a positive volunteer experience. The role involves developing and maintaining clear communication channels with volunteers, preparing training materials, and tracking participation and feedback. The coordinator will collaborate with internal teams to align volunteer efforts with community outreach goals, assist in planning promotional or community events, and ensure volunteers understand and represent the company’s values and standards.
Qualifications
Strong Volunteer Management and Volunteer Training skills to effectively recruit, onboard,



and support volunteers.
Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to engage volunteers, build relationships, and convey information clearly.
Experience with Community Outreach to plan and support initiatives that strengthen the company’s presence and reputation.
Organizational and time-management skills to handle scheduling, logistics, and documentation for multiple volunteer activities.
Comfort working in a remote, part-time setting with proficiency in basic digital tools (email, video conferencing, shared documents).
Prior experience coordinating volunteers, community programs, or events is highly beneficial.
High level of reliability, professionalism, and commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory practices.
