Role Description The Speech Language Pathologist will provide assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based intervention for clients with speech, language, and communication disorders. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting detailed evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, delivering therapy sessions, and documenting clinical progress.



The role involves close collaboration with the interdisciplinary team and active communication with families and caregivers to support carryover of skills. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru, requiring regular participation in team meetings, case discussions, and ongoing professional development activities.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Speech Therapy and Speech assessment/intervention.
Candidates should possess skills in managing Communication Disorders and Language Disorders.
Candidates should possess skills in evaluating and treating Dysphagia.
Recognized graduate degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent, with valid skilled registration/licensure as applicable.
Experience working in multidisciplinary or rehabilitation settings is beneficial.
Strong counseling, documentation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and team members.
