Job Description
What you will do:
You'll review and prepare NAV calculations, financial statements, capital calls, distributions, investor notices, journal entries,



and other private equity fund accounting deliverables, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
You'll oversee, review, and provide feedback to Accountants and Junior Accountants, ensuring all client deliverables meet quality standards, service-level agreements (SLAs), and regulatory requirements.
You'll serve as a key point of contact for clients, investors, and internal stakeholders by managing inquiries, resolving issues, escalating concerns when necessary, and maintaining strong professional relationships.
You'll plan, allocate, and monitor team workloads, manage workflow processes, support fund onboarding and accounting system conversions, and ensure the efficient execution of operational activities.
You'll ensure compliance with internal policies, controls, and SSAE requirements, mitigate operational risks, drive process improvements, and support team development through coaching, mentoring, and knowledge sharin
